LUP Tourism is a Dubai-licensed B2B agency with its own team in the Emirates and inventory in 40+ destinations on four continents. We sell to agencies and tour operators at net rates only: tickets, hotels, transfers, car rental and activities — with one contract, one voucher and one invoice.
What we do for you
In the Emirates we hold everything ourselves — guides, vehicles and allotments; elsewhere we work with vetted local partners under our own contract.

Air tickets — searched, issued and connected
GDS, NDC and low-cost fares in one list, at net prices for your agency. We issue through our IATA/BSP consolidator, you pay by invoice — and if you have your own booking system, the same content goes into it through our API.

A Dubai-licensed agency, working only with agencies
LUP TOURISM L.L.C is registered in Dubai with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under commercial licence no. 1483920, with both tourism activities active — In Bound and Out Bound Tour Operator. The office is in Al Barsha First and we work strictly B2B.
We do not sell to end travellers and we never compete with our own partners. Agencies and tour operators get net rates, the voucher carries your agency’s logo, and the guest deals only with you throughout the trip. We work in English, Serbian and Arabic.
Everything in the price list is booked online from a contracted allotment, the invoice arrives with the confirmation, and payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days’ credit — no card, no prepayment. Accreditations and documents
Copies of all documents are sent with the cooperation agreement, and before your first booking on request.
Book online, pay by invoice
Opening an account is free and carries no turnover commitment. Once the contract is signed you book hotels, transfers, car rental, tickets and activities directly in the system — no card, no prepayment, everything goes on invoice.
